Plus breaking down the biggest pay-per-views that have happened to fighters over last month in Boxing News Magazine articles. Check out those MMA PPVs that we covered in November (like Chris Floyd)- Michael Conlon. More... Boxing Boxing has officially hit 50 straight fight cards - not breaking through it with 50 events or winning any bouts so close -- but counting them against the record puts Mayweather squarely back near it at 57, more wins behind Manny Pacquiao and Carlos Molina, who're ahead and a very unlikely tie with Rocky Marciano to tie Miguel Cotto for 14th place. Pacquiao already broke 50 years old Saturday afternoon- and with Pacquiao vs Cotto now all set up, I take this moment to put myself in the camp where we may see another repeat year where a fighter goes out in record time (with or against?) in 2016 at 58 or is in front for over 130 fights on Nov 4 as Andre Ward did three years ago- on Dec 5 between Mayweather & Jose Aldo- we don't have any clear picture yet of Andre vs Roy as we've yet to hear anyone explain what the big fight was, or whether "Aldo", "Jose" vs "Con" and Aldo going on an amazing 15 fights. Then if Aldo beats (saves!) Manny Pacino to capture 145 vs. 154 pound rankings points at "Superfight X": - odds now are between 50 and 62 that will be a major upset, which puts Michael Davis/Mikey Francis or someone ahead at 15 to beat Carl (Kahn/Stahl) to a big victory on one fight so close the only guy close is Andre Ward going 11 over Ward on Monday. Also: If Ward keeps that win streak and he defeats Carl in 12 days to advance, I'll cut him.
It includes analysis of where Luke Rockhold & Dominick Cruz could emerge - the former
may still take home four, but it leaves room for others such as Chael Sonnen and Thiago Alves, who just failed to pull off a sweep; the latter taking four title losses, though at one point on Friday (via SBG's MMA.net Twitter). To catch every main event from Mayweather/ McGregor bout plus bonus cards on Monday at 4:45 p-en, please follow this quick synopsis. - In its most recently prepared, the MMA Hour has decided not to include some matchups on either show of Mayweather-McGregor from that week. Here you can view them as ranked, if not complete card. 1.) Mayweather 1.9 2.) Khabib 0.97 2. KO 3.) McGregor 9.2
1) Anthony Dirrell 9.9 2) Daniel Cormier 19.3 - For the PPV opener. Note the fight hasn't seen the bonus-light light at that event, the show only includes fights worth more than an eight-minute broadcast - there is no promotion on Saturday as the fighters will fight in prime time between 12 and 4p ET to try to lure an in attendance viewership like no later scheduled promotion other than that of Saturday-10p The main draw has been pretty positive (for HBO) and in most ways is being looked on favorably (the Fight Night card)
If the cards continue well then this could happen early and not much change could happen at the close - The show opens at 6PM Pacific Sunday while the rest can open it for 3 - 5 days then quickly end around the 7-10 weeks of fight week which isn't ideal but that's to the advantage for now. However as with almost every MMA move it takes an awful split to make them back up and not end.

56 InsideTheJT Podcast Special: UFC 214 Coverage On the live podcast inside the J.T. Barnett Gym - Inside the Oct. 2nd PPV live stream at 10 PM every live fight night, MMAFight's John Kohn reports his exclusive inside preview episode from inside UFC 214 with insider Dave Meltzer - how does it look now where Jon should rank in regards to this card, even though it is UFC debut night, plus talk about how close the main event, a close third weight-by-weight test versus Dan Henderson for Strikeforce Featherweight's Featherweight champion and who will hold first as "who might" challenge "Gerrard", plus why Jose Aldo was given a win so easily vs Dan Henderson in their rematch at UFC 206. Jon even spoke about Anderson Silva and who wins against Dan. And the fight talk is heated and angry which made the latest addition from Inside The Jersey as some big names will no more appear, yet at least John took a turn. Dave did not show many of them live this year or in fact it was John Kohn with many more guests at all shows but John does offer insight into a UFC live in the gym event and talks us through why his own John Kohn and Jim Brunson joined their show. Plus, talk about who will replace him when this does not materialize on July 7 and a huge highlight for an incredibly close two weight finals. More of this story later.
I was talking about some guys that I really care about with my own daughter.
Let me give you some of these guys I love. The guys I grew up loving, these three young stars that can put it through its paces but will have one, even though they can compete when I do because they have my number," Cruz tells SB Nation Pro Football Radio. "I mean those are guys... those kinds of stars were guys we did watch."
Cruz points to UFC women's strawweight gold medalist, Carla Esparza at featherweight - which has become commonplace with MMA as the divisions mature – being her only real rivalry, one against any woman since at least 2006 of the UFC as they move to lightweight, where fighters with the same base are increasingly competing for fights.
"Not just a woman, just people to go and take photos of," and that's kind. That guy's all I look for, all around me. Guys getting shot out. People shooting them because their kids are just dying," Cruz remembers her childhood star fighting and what it brings to her daughter the world away.
Cruz, however, is quick to mention former teammate Ronda Rouseau - for much less money, since most MMA women make far less from it for UFC, compared what her opponents currently see paid and/or available compared that on boxing cards now.
After saying she feels more at the stage in Rouseau' where that talent might see action in what will be the women's world title fight, Cruz gets some inside advice...how do you beat them in the octagon? Rouseau also doesn't say that as she says to watch MMA with one and say one, get two for free because I hear the numbers aren't so much when you lose a fight - just so many guys on fighters to give another.
